The members of ECCCO are its affiliated European Contact Centre organisations.

An Association / Organisation applying for membership of ECCCO shall submit all relevant information to the Secretary or President of ECCCO. The information shall include the Articles of Association and By-laws as well as the Board/executive committee list.

Although only established National User Groups shall be full members of ECCCO. Groups not yet fully established will be accepted as Observer Members for a maximum two-year period from the date of application, unless extended by the Board.
